Recent reports are suggesting that Kane could make his return during Summerslam in the Brock Lesnar vs The Undertaker match.

Weeks ago, Brock Lesnar caused Kane to be out of action. It would make sense for Kane to want to get his revenge on Brock Lesnar, and this would be the best revenge. To help his brother defeat the beast incarnate.

However, it would also setup a potential match at Hell in a Cell between the two. Or, it would set up a third match at Hell in a Cell between Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker, as Brock may argue that The Undertaker can’t beat him without help. Therefore, the Hell in a Cell would ‘stop’ people from interfering. Because, you know, a cage in the WWE always means that nobody will be interfering.

The injury that Kane sustained by Brock Lesnar was only kayfabe, so that Kane would have the time to do some filming for an upcoming movie.

The Undertaker is now a heel

The interference would act as two benefits. Firstly, setting up a match, whether it be another Brock Lesnar VS The Undertaker or Brock Lesnar VS Kane. Secondly, it will further extend the fact that The Undertaker seems to be turning into a heel, as the commentators keep putting emphasis on the low blows that keep being performed by him.

The heel run seems to be working so far after The Undertaker was getting booed when he last low blowed Brock Lesnar.

Return of Masked Kane?

Kane has been acting as ‘Corporate Kane’ recently. However, could we see a change with his return? Will he return to ‘masked kane’, or will he just go back to classic mask-less Kane. It will be interesting to see.

We previously thought that Sting might make a surprise entrance at Summerslam. However, it has now been confirmed that Sting is not appearing at Summerslam unfortunately.

I think we may have to give up on the possibility of a Sting vs The Undertaker match. They’re just both too old. It would need to be held up by some younger talent to make it more entertaining. It would be more nostalgia than entertainment.
